Nyrraa M Banerji is an inspiration for those who like to stay fit. The Pishachini fame actress likes to do various activities to keep her body fit and active. She likes to kick-start her day by doing Yoga. She then goes to a swimming class to bring flexibility to her body and then workout in the Gym to pump and maintain her physique.

Nyrraa is currently shooting for the reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi and her daily routine of doing Yoga, Swimming and Gym is definitely giving her an edge over others. Recently, the actress was also injured while performing a water-based task.

She was crossing the hurdles and landed up bruising her knees badly. Nyrraa is a fighter and she kept performing the task until she finished it. She received a lot of praise for her resilience and strength.

The International Day of Yoga is celebrated on the 21st of June and Nyrraa being a Yoga enthusiast has practiced yoga since childhood. She revealed that her mother taught her Yoga to keep her body fit and healthy.

Yoga has a lot of benefits and Nyrraa says that practicing Yoga helps her in beating anxiety and fills her day with positivity and good blood flow. She said, “I do all the stretching on the bed as soon as I wake up. It is very difficult to wake up in the morning because your previous day is so tiring.”
