Officials told to address public grievances effectively

District Collector K Shashanka has called on officials to prioritise and promptly resolve complaints received during the grievance redressal programme, Prajavani.
A total of 140 complaints were received at the programme held at the Integrated District Offices Community Conference Hall on Monday. The Collector,  along with Additional Collector Bhupal Reddy and District Revenuie Officer Sangeeta, personally received applications from people who came from various parts of the district.
 During the session, the Collector emphasised the importance of addressing public grievances efficiently. He stated that the requests made by citizens during the state-level Prajavani programme have been forwarded to the district officials and revenue officers concerned for immediate online resolution.
The Collector mandated that all applications received this week through the Prajavani programme be resolved within a week. Additionally, he instructed Tehsildars to attend and provide explanations for court-related content cases.
