Online complaints turn Frankenstein Monster for officers

‘Meri billi mujhe meow (My cat meows at me) is a popular saying that has come true in the case of TS bureaucrats. Some of the officials who had encouraged taking complaints online during the erstwhile BRS regime are now having a tough time handling the complaints being bombarded by BRS social media troopers.  A little bird told us that most of the complaints made by BRS followers lack authenticity. This has disturbed established citizen friendly procedures, be it in GHMC or the electricity department. The BRS’ SM troopers, who used to hail officials previously, have now become a pain for them.
