EPACK Prefab has set a new benchmark in the construction industry by building India’s fastest structure in a record time of just 150 hours. This project, completed in Mambattu, Andhra Pradesh, showcases EPACK Prefab’s commitment to innovative and rapid construction techniques.
This remarkable achievement has earned EPACK Prefab a place in the prestigious Golden Book of World Records. The building, spanning a total area of 151,000 square feet, was constructed entirely using advanced prefabrication and pre-engineered building (PEB) technology. EPACK Prefab meticulou sly planned each phase of construction to ensure rapid progress. The primary structure was completed within 48 hours, the roofing by the 90th hour, and the cladding by the 120th hour, with the entire building fully functional within the set timeline.
Sanjay Singhania, Managing Director of EPACK Prefab, expressed his pride in the achievement, saying, “It is a great privilege for us to have constructed India’s fastest-built structure using PEB technology. Our goal with this project was not only to showcase PEB’s potential for rapid construction but also to promote a sustainable approach that meets modern industrial needs. PEB is the future of construction, and we aim to set more industry benchmarks as PEB solutions gain wider acceptance.”
Nikhel Bothra, Executive Director, and Manish Vishnoei, Asia Head, also spoke on the occasion.
EPACK Prefab has emerged as a leading player in India’s pre-engineered building and modular construction sector, known for delivering high-quality, sustainable, and cost-effective building solutions.
