Pawan’s 11-day Deeksha from today

Must read

Deputy Chief Minister K Pawan Kalyan will begin an 11-day Deeksha today, expressing concern over the desecration of Tirumala ghee and laddu prasadam. He was deeply troubled to learn that the sacred laddu had been compromised due to the actions of previous administrations.
In a statement on ‘X’, Pawan acknowledged his regret for not discovering this issue sooner, despite his commitment to public welfare. He urged every follower of Sanatana Dharma to seek atonement for the serious transgressions against Lord Balaji, leading him to undertake this period of penance.
Pawan stated that he will start the observance on September 22, 2024, at the Sri Dasavatar Venkateswara Swamy Temple in Namburu, Guntur District. He plans to pray for the strength to cleanse the sins committed by past rulers.
He lamented the failure of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam officials to address these issues, highlighting that the use of ghee-containing animal remains in laddu preparation has deeply distressed the Hindu community. Pawan emphasised the need for the revival of Dharma, which protects those who uphold it.
