Pension and GPF Adalat for employees in progress

Principal Accountant General Chandramouli Singh has clarified that the ‘Adalat of pension and GPF’ is being held to clear various doubts of employees and DDOs (Drawing and Disbursing Officers) regarding Pension and GPAF. Principal Accountant General Chandramouli Singh was the chief guest at the Pension, GPF Adalat held for two days here on Thursday. On this occasion, Pension Payment Orders (PPO) were distributed to some of the retired employees.

The Principal AG stated that this pension and GPF Adalat is being held with the aim of clearing various doubts of the employees and concerned DDOs in matters related to the submission of proposals and GPF. He said that steps are being taken through this Adalat to clear the doubts related to employees and DDOs, especially in relation to provisional pension cases, verification report-related cases, gratuity with health, partially issued cases, and to solve the problems of the employees and DDOs.

Chandramouli Singh said that similarly GPF credit and debit-related issues regarding GPF grievances, capturing of employees’ data i.e. collection of mobile numbers, e-mail IDs of employees from DDOs, misclassification related to GPF credit and debits, submission of nominations, details of schedules, vouchers and doubts were clarified and resolved.

General Administration Department, Additional Secretary, V Srinivasulu said that the employees who are going to retire can submit their pension proposals in time and withdraw GPF with no room for mistakes.

President of the Secretariat Employees’ Association K. Ventrami Reddy said that it is very gratifying to organize this Adalat here for solving various doubts related to the employees.

The officials from various departments of the Secretariat, representatives of the Secretariat Employees Association, pensioners, and employees participated in this programme.
