TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu, addressing a public meeting as part of the ongoing ‘Raa Kadalira’ programme, onĀ  Wednesday said that and expressed confidence that the
TDP-Jana Sena combine is coming to power in just three months.
Chandrababu is of the opinion that CM Jagan’s egoistic tendency has resulted in his collapse. Calling upon the people to join hands and come together to overthrow
the YCP Government with the weapon of vote, Chandrababu felt that the
upcoming polls are a war between CM Jagan and the five crore people of AP.
In the past five years the lifestyle of the people has not changed but the prices of
essentials have reached a peak, he said listing out how the prices of each item has been
revised. The poor and the farmers dominion will soon be in power, he said and stated
that women will be paid Rs 1,500 each per month under Mahasakthi scheme and Rs
15,000 per annum will be paid under Ammaku Vandanam.
Asking the auto-drivers not to get disheartened, he said he will certainly come to their rescue.
Assuring the gathering that the ‘Babu Surety Bhavishaythuku Guarantee’
will be implemented in letter and spirit, the TDP supremo said that Mr Jagan has mortgaged even rythu bazaars and collectorates. “I am assuring you all that assets will be created and take the State much forward,” he added.
Recalling various welfare schemes that were implemented during the TDP regime, he
said that CM Jagan is the richest chief minister in the country with Rs 517 crore assets.
The revenue of all the Chief Ministers in the country together is not this much, he
remarked.
CEC Rajiv Kumar said: ā€œA solid set of preparations is in place for parliamentary elections 2024. Andhra is the first state of visit to review and consult stakeholders for what more
needs to be done. Rajiv Kumar promised all stakeholders the best possible electoral experience in 2024, truly befitting to the largest democracy of the world.
