“People should be very alert in the wake of heavy rains and they should come out of the house, if it is urgent,” said Rachakonda Commissioner Sudheer Babu on Sunday.
Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy, Chief Secretary of the State Government, Shanti Kumari and DGP Dr Jitender on Sunday held a meeting with the District Collectors, Police Commissioners and SPs on relief and rehabilitation programmes to be undertaken in the wake of heavy rains and floods.
Sudheer Babu and Cyberabad Commissioner Avinash Mahanty participated in a video conference from Rachakonda office.
