The people of Andhra Pradesh have been suffering a lot for the past four years, ever since YS Jagan Mohan Reddy became the Chief Minister, remarked TDP chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday
Maintaining that the power charges were not revised even during the State bifurcation, the TDP chief said that the Jagan government had the credit of increasing the power tariff at least seven fold. “Now the prices of even the essential commodities are skyrocketing,” he noted.

“The youth now believe that if Babu comes back to power they get jobs and even the students trust this,” he said and stated that the State government had been frequently changing tack on Amaravati. “The other day, Jagan stated in New Delhi that Visakhapatnam would soon be the State capital while Minister Buggana Rajendranath Reddy, the next day in Bengaluru, denied the three-capital argument and immediately the Advisor to the Government, Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy, who is the minister of all portfolios, again raised the three-capital slogan. Who is correct,” Chandrababu asked. The Chief Minister totally neglected the Polavaram project and the youth have no employment, Chandrababu said and observed that if the jobless wanted to get employment the only solution was that the TDP should come back to power. “I have never seen such a highly corrupt chief minister in my political career,” he said and promised to take up all the pending projects when the TDP forms the government again.

Lands across the State are being illegally occupied by the ruling party leaders, Chandrababu said and pointed out that the Daspallah lands, Waltair lands, Kartika Vanam and other areas were occupied by the YSRCP leaders. “The Kakinada Port, too, is no exception,” he said and promised to hand over the lands back to the original owners once the TDP came back to power.
