In a grand celebration held at the Ranga Reddy District Integrated District Offices Complex in Kongarakalan, Telangana Governance Day was observed on Tuesday. The event was marked by the presence of prominent officials and leaders, including Vem Narendra Reddy, Adviser to Chief Minister. He emphasised the government’s commitment to the welfare of farmers, women, and youth.
Vem Narendra Reddy highlighted that the mission of the people’s government is to work for the betterment of all sections of society with Chief Minister Revanth Reddy focusing on providing freedom and social justice. He further added that the Chief Minister had earlier promised to declare September 17 as People’s Governance Day, a promise that has now been fulfilled.
The celebrations were attended by MLAs Mal Reddy Ranga Reddy, Veerlapalli Shankar, and Prakash Goud, along with MLC Mirza Rahmat Baig and Road Development Corporation Chairman Mal Reddy Ram Reddy.
The national flag was hoisted by the dignitaries, alongside District Collector K Shashanka. Former MLA K Lakshmareddy, Additional Collector Pratima Singh, District Revenue Officer Sangeeta, and other public representatives, officials, and students were also present at the event.
