Phone tapping “drama” being staged to mislead people: Jagadish

Must read

Former minister and Suryapet MLA G Jagadish Reddy has claimed that none came out openly and complained that their phones had been tapped and demanded that the State government bring to book the person who first encouraged the phone tapping in the State.  In fact, the phone tapping started 20-30 years ago.
Addressing the Bhongiri constituency BRS workers here on Monday, he claimed that his phone was subjected to tapping during the course of the Telangana movement for Statehood to Telangana.
The Congress government would be able to do no harm to BRS supremo KCR in the phone tapping case and it as a high-drama being staged by Congress government to mislead the people, Jagadish Reddy alleged.
Referring to increasing thefts in Yadadri-Bhongir district, he sought to know what the district minister has been doing.
In an indirect reference to PM Narendra Modi and CM A Revanth Reddy, he said, “Two thieves have joined hands to finish off Kejriwal and KCR politically.” Criticising the Congress leaders in an abusive language, Jagadish Reddy pointed out that the people of Telangana voted the Congress to power believing in their promise of ushering change in their lives. There was a perceptible change in society in the form of withering away crops in fields and increasing number of theft cases. In an indirect reference to R and B Minister Komatireddy Venkata Reddy, he accused him of barking like a dog. He could not be seen for over a month and avoiding to meet the farmers.
The government directed Collector to take action against rice millers in Miryalaguda on procurement of paddy. The result was that no action was taken against the millers and also the denial of MSP to the farmers by the millers.
