Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on Wednesday, held a virtual meeting with the secretaries of various Central ministries and chief secretaries of various State governments on the progress of various national projects being implemented for the development of infrastructure in several States.
During the meeting, the PM reviewed the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) being set up in various States, Delhi-Vadodara-Mumbai Expressway, Chotadapur-Dhar new broad gauge railway line, Ratlam-Mahau-Khandwa-Akola railway line conversion, Mumbai-Nagpur-Jhorsuguda pipeline etc. The Prime Minister reviewed the progress of the projects related to Bailadila iron ore deposit and Pradhan Mantri Street Vendors Atma Nirbhar Nidhi (Pyam Swanidhi) scheme through virtual mode with the secretaries of various Union Ministries and chief secretaries of State governments.
AP Chief Secretary Dr KS Jawahar Reddy, Energy Department Special Chief Secretary K Vijayanand, Water Resources Department Principal Secretary Shashi Bhushan Kumar, Higher Education Principal Secretary Shyamal Rao, TR&B Secretary Pradyumna, IT Department Secretary K Sasidhar, PCCF AK Jha and other officers attended the meeting.
