Rachakonda Commissioner of Police Tarun Joshi said that the original purpose of police training is to teach discipline to the selected candidates and prepare them to work effectively after joining the police department, during a programme organised at Amberpeta headquarters on Monday.
The Commissioner said that police constable training is a new phase in life. He said that as part of the training, there is an opportunity to go to the training centres of different areas and everyone should learn the topics taught with discipline and dedication.
He stated that the things that will be learnt during the nine months at the training centre will be very useful in managing their responsibilities during their tenure. There is a chance to work in the same place after the training along with some new friends who are introduced at the training centre. So, the training centre also provides new friends to the candidates.
The CP advised the constables to learn the topics taught during the training period with care and dedication and give priority to discipline. With the high goal of joining the police department and serving the people, many young men and women have worked day and night, passed the physical examination with great effort, studied hard and achieved their dream by getting the job.
Tarun Joshi said that the job of the constable gives a great opportunity to provide speedy justice to the people of different sections of the society, thereby maintaining peace and security. They were advised to bring a good name to the Rachakonda Police Commissionarate through their talent, good conduct and discipline in the training centre.
