The last date for the submission of Polycet-2023 applications is April 30 and the examination will be conducted across the State on May 10. Chadalavada Nagarani, Commissioner of Technical Education and Chairperson of the AP State Board of Technical Education and Training, officially started the online filing of Polycet- 2023 applications for admission into engineering and non-engineering diploma courses in various polytechnics in the State, at a programme held at her office on Thursday.
Nagarani released pamphlets with details of filling the sample application form online and the process of polytechnic admissions for the new academic year. She said that those interested should check the eligibility criteria and read the instructions carefully before applying for the entrance test.
She explained that the two-hour exam would be conducted in offline mode. It will be in multiple-choice question format. She further said that the candidates who qualify in the entrance examination would get admission in mechanical, civil, electronics and communication engineering, computer engineering and other departments in government and private polytechnic colleges.
The Commissioner said that free Polycet coaching would be provided to interested students in all government polytechnics immediately after the completion of Class X examinations.
