Former Congress MP Ponnam Prabhakar has been expressing anger over the party not including him in the Election Committee.
Karimnagar leaders DCC President Kavvampalli Sathyanarayana, Kisan Cell leader Pathi Krishna Reddy, Rohit Rao, and Padmakar supported Ponnam Prabhakar regarding this. They asked the party to reveal what wrong Ponnam had done for not giving him a place in the Pradesh Election Committee. They warned that they will have to review continuing in the party if the state leadership fails to respond to the injustice done to Ponnam Prabhakar.
They said that Ponnama Prabhakar worked hard for a separate Telangana state in and out of Parliament and that the party leadership did not give him a place in the PCC only to suppress him politically as he was a BC leader.
