Praveen Kumar meets DGP, seeks inquiry into Sridhar Reddy murder

BRS leader RS Praveen Kumar has demanded comprehensive probe into the murder of BRS leaders Sridhar Reddy at Lakshmipalli village under Chinnambavimandal in Kollapur Assembly constituency.
He, along with the family members of the slain BRS leader, on Monday met the DGP and lodged a complaint with him asking the latter to take stern action against those who were responsible for the murder of Sridhar Reddy.
None was arrested so far even four days after the murder of Sridhar Reddy. No action was taken against Minister Jupally Krishna Rao when a complaint was lodged against him. If justice was not done to Sridhar Reddy’s family in a week, the BRS would launch demonstrations, he cautioned the police.
Praveen Kumar wondered whether there is the rule of law in the state. The police did not even question the aides of Jupally Krishna Rao. Sridhar Reddy’s father has been appealing to the government to take steps to arrest the culprits
