Tarun Joshi, who was appointed as the new Commissioner of Rachakonda Commissi onerate, took charge on Wednesday at Neredmet. On this occasion, a meeting was held with DCP, ACP and other officials working in Rachakonda.
The Commissioner said that strict measures will be taken for the care of women and She Teams will be strengthened.
He said that necessary measures will be taken to maintain peace and security in Rachakonda. Special measures will be taken to prevent traffic problems and serious road accidents that may cause death.
Efforts will be made to prove the crime as soon as possible. Steps will be taken to ensure that all departments like civil, AR, battalion and traffic work in coordination.
“We will clamp down on the supply and use of drugs and awareness programmes will be conducted to prevent the youth from falling victim to drugs,” the Rachakonda Commisioner added.
Tarun Joshi also said that strict measures will be taken to curb the growing number of cyber crimes in the digital age and many programmes will be organised to create awareness among people about cyber crimes.
With the experience of working as Additional commissioner of Rachakonda in the past, he has complete knowledge of all the areas under the region.
He said that he will work in coordination with the three Commissionerates and will always serve the people to ensure that public problems are resolved quickly.
