State Bank of India, Hyderabad Circe, organised biggest Mega Property Show, a three-day event December 1st, 2nd & 3rd at the Hitex Exhibition Hall, Kondapur, Hyderabad. For the last three years, the SBI has been conducting a grand event bringing together a host of prominent builders on one platform.
The programme was inaugurated by Usha Gautam, Chief General Manager, REHBU, Corporate Centre, Mumbai; Rajesh Kumar, CGM, Hyderabad Circle; Manju Sharma, General Manager NW-1; Debashish Mitra, General Manager NW-2; Hyderabad Circle, and other senior dignitaries of the bank. Dignitaries from real estate industry V Rajasekhar Reddy, President CREDAI, Hyderabad, B Jagannatha Rao, General Secretary, CREDAI Hyderabad, Vidya Sagar, Vice-President, TBF and Sunil Chandra Reddy, President, NAREDCO, attended. During the inaugural function, the dignitaries handed over SBI’s Builder Finance and Project tie-up letters to builders and in-principle home loan sanction letters to customers.
Debashish Mitra, GM, Hyderabad Circle, in his welcome address, mentioned that whenever a property show is being conducted, trust and many subtle feelings are coming together. Lot of advertisement and publicity is given to the event. He said, a lot of demand is there for the Mega Property Show, as many builders are calling and showing interest for participating in the event.
Emphasising on SBI’s commitment for end-to-end support to real estate industry, he said, the builder finance portfolio of SBI Hyderabad Circle has increased three times in less than two years.

Rajesh Kumar, CGM Hyderabad circle, welcomed all the dignitaries. He said Hyderabad is witnessing significant surge in house properties. According to the market survey, there has been 40% Y-o-Y growth in the real estate market. Growth is also visible in ultra/mid and affordable segments as IT and commercial space continue to flourish.
