PV Vigyana Kendra works at fast pace in Vangara

District Collector P Pravinya has directed the officials and representatives of construction firms to speed up works on amphitheatre, science museum, gallery, meditation centre, sports grounds, installation of idols and other works related to PV Vigyana Kendra with quality. Officials said that the works are progressing at a fast pace.
She inspected the construction activity which is underway at the Vigyan Kendra in Vangara mandal in Hanamkonda district.
She enquired about the progress of the project.  She asked them to complete these projects as early as possible and make the facility accessible to the people.
Later, she visited the Primary Health Centre at Vangara and examined the hospital records. She visited all wards in the hospital and enquired about various aspects. She asked them to provide better health services to patients. She asked the medical officers to send proposals for undertaking repairs to the X-ray machine at the PHC.
Later, she visited the Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya at Bheemadevarapalle and went through the KGBV premises, classrooms, kitchen and so on. She enquired about the construction of toilets and other electric works carried out under Amma Adarsha Pathasala. She told the school authorities to submit proposals, if any, to implement developmental works in the school so that she would be able to take steps for development of the KGBV.
District Education Officer Vasanti, DMHO Dr Lalita Devi, RDO Venkatesh and other officials accompanied the Collector.
