Rahul will reveal his caste if Centre conducts survey: Mahesh

Rahul Gandhi will definitely reveal his caste if the Centre conducts a caste census across the nation, TPCC Chief B. Mahesh Kumar Goud told BJP leaders.
Addressing the media at the Gandhi Bhavan on Saturday, Mahesh said that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy did not speak anything offensive about Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s caste.
“The CM only said that Modi was not born as a BC and so he did nothing for BCs. However, BJP leaders are speaking offensively about Rahul Gandhi’s Grandfather Feroz Gandhi. BJP leaders are forgetting the ‘sacrifices’ of the Gandhi family. People know the caste of Rahul Gandhi. He would reveal his caste if the BJP-led Centre conducts a caste survey,” Mahesh said.
He said that Sonia Gandhi was born in Italy. However, she became Indian after marrying Rajiv Gandhi. Sanjay is speaking forgetting the fact that he is a Union Minister of State. Sanjay should remember that India is a secular country. Modi’s Gansi caste was included in the BCs’ list in 1994. Revanth said that Modi was made a BC legally and did nothing for BCs in the last 10 years.
“Sanjay is a born BC. However, Modi is not a born BC. The BJP removed Sanjay from the Telangana BJP President post before the elections even though he had worked hard for his party. The BJP should conduct a caste census along with the population census if it is sincere about BCs. We will introduce a caste census law after the caste survey is over. The BJP-led Centre should help BCs by including the law in the 9th Schedule,” Mahesh said.
Responding to a question, he said that Kavitha’s Delhi liquor scam was exposed and the Kerala scam is waiting. Nobody knows how many scams will come out if Kavitha opens her Pink Book. Kavitha shouldn’t open her Pink Book, he said.
