During the event, Rajendra Prasad, who plays a role in the film, made controversial remarks about Warner, using inappropriate language. His comments quickly went viral, sparking criticism from netizens.
Responding to the backlash, Rajendra Prasad clarified that his comments were not intended to be offensive. “It was not intentional. Before the event, Nithiin, David Warner, and I had a lot of fun. I love Warner and I admire his cricket. If my words have hurt anyone’s feelings, I sincerely apologise,” he said in his video statement. He also assured that such incidents would not happen again.
