Ramachandra Bharati was released from Chanchalguda jail on Friday after the Nampally court granted him conditional bail on Thursday in the fake passport case. Earlier, Ramachandra Bharati, who is A-1 in the Moinabad farmhouse BRS MLAs poaching case, had got bail in that case.The police had seized the laptop of Ramachandra Bharati and after examining the laptop found that Bharati had two passports with different addresses.
The Special Investigation Team (SIT), which was disbanded by the High Court, found that Bharati acquired a second passport by submitting fake documents with forged signs.
The Banjara Hills police filed a case against Bharati and arrested him on December 22. The police produced Bharati in Nampally court and subsequently, the court remanded him to custody.
