Demanding the resignation of Municipal Administration Minister KTR for stating that he will resign if it is proved that the Centre has given around Rs 1,68,647 crore to Telangana, BJP State spokesperson Rani Rudramma asked KTR to explain what he had been doing for the last three days.
“Our BJP leaders and Union Minister G. Kishan Reddy have put before you all the funds given by the Centre including the calculation of every rupee through a PowerPoint presentation. And why KTR hasn’t resigned yet?”
She said that again not only the Rs.1,68,647 crore mentioned by KTR, but the tax devolution funds of Rs 1.78 lakh crore in just 8 years and Rs 4,98,531 crore have also
been spent by the Central Government in Telangana in the form of development and
welfare schemes.
“We have proved all these things KTR. Why don’t you resign?” asked.
The amount of money spent in Telangana from 2014 to 2022 is not equal to the funds given by the Centre, she pointed out.
“As our party president Sanjay has said in the past, even in the case of TSPSC paper leakage, what is the reason for IT failure, KTR should take responsibility for it and resign from the post of IT Minister, why hasn’t KTR resigned yet?” she asked.
Taking responsibility for the suicides of Intermediate students, why hasn’t the IT minister resigned yet?, she asked.
Rudramma also said that a single rain can drown Hyderabad city. Children are falling into manholes and dying, dogs are biting and babies are drowning in the air.
