Regina Cassandra, a well-known actress in the South, is now focusing more on Hindi cinema. While she continues to act in a few Tamil films, her primary goal is to build a national presence through Bollywood projects, according to a source close to her. She recently signed The Wives, directed by Madhur Bhandarkar. Regina has already made a mark with her earlier Hindi films such as Jaat with Sunny Deol and Kesari Chapter 2 starring Akshay Kumar.
She is currently shooting for The Wives and has also wrapped up another Hindi film, Section 108. With these back-to-back projects, Regina is now deeply immersed in the Hindi film industry. “For the past few years, her team has been working hard to get her more Hindi projects to help her gain national-level recognition,” said a source.
In addition to films, Regina has also found success in Hindi web series. She made her web debut with Rocket Boys and followed it up with Shoorveer, Farzi, and Jaanbaaz Hindustan Ke.
Regina made her Telugu debut with Siva Manasulo Sruthi and acted in several Telugu films. Her last Telugu release was Utsavam, which came out last year after a prolonged delay.
