representation given to APVVP commissioner to resolve issues

AP Government Nurses Association (APGNA) state president D Manjula Devi along with others submitted a representation to  Commissioner Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad (APVVP) Dr S Venkatesh on Wednesday. In their representation the main demands are that two months have passed since the government granted permission to conduct the election of Andhra Pradesh Government Nurses, but a special officer has not been announced to declare the election date.

The other issues mentioned in the representation are the newly established State GGH Nurses have not received salaries for 4 months. Similarly salaries for APVVP nurses are pending for two months. They further stated that transfers of APVVP nurses were done in 2017 and since then there are no transfers and requested that general transfers should be done. Long pending issues of Head Nurses and Staff Nurses who are working in CHCs under the control of Regional Director should be surrendered to RD immediately.

Later, APGNA president said that on receiving the representation from them the commissioner APVVP responded positively and assured to do the needful.

Head Nurses Rose Kumari, Aruna, Staff Nurses Sumana, Ramana, Swarnalatha, Sudharani, Nagamalleshwari, Venkateswaramma, Jayaprada, Victoria were present.
