Stating that everybody knows TPCC President Revanth Reddy’s past, the BJP’s defeated candidate in the Munugode by-poll, Komatireddy Rajgopal Reddy, said that Revanth is a known ‘blackmailer.’
Rajgopal said that Revanth earned thousands of crores using his political posts. “Who will believe Revanth even if he takes an oath at the Bhagyalaxmi Temple,” he asked. In a statement, Rajgopal said that devotees think that the temple has been defiled.
Declaring that Revanth is a political prostitute, he said that it is not correct on his part to use the Bhagyalaxmi Temple for his selfish needs.
He said that Revanth is a political prostitute who joined the Congress without resigning his MLA post which he had won on a TDP ticket.
“Eatala and I joined the BJP after resigning our MLA posts. Are you not a political prostitute who purchased the TPCC post by giving money to the Congress high command? Is it not correct that Revanth had business transactions with KCR’s daughter MLC Kavitha? Don’t you have business deals with Kavitha? Weren’t you caught red-handed with lakhs of rupees in a suitcase in the ‘Vote For Note’ case and jailed,” he asked.
Rajgopal said that Congress leaders themselves say that KCR gave Rs 25 crore and Revanth took Rs 10 crore from them. He said that Revanth entered into a secret pact with the BRS thinking that the Congress will crash if the BJP wins in Munugode.
“Is not making false allegations like saying that I sold myself for Rs 18,000 crore political prostitution?” Rajgopal asked Revanth.
