Revanth ignorant of projects

Must read

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has no idea about Telangana’s irrigation projects, BRS chief K. Chandrasekhar Rao said. He said that the CM does not know the harm that Telangana will suffer if irrigation projects are handed over to the KRMB.
He said that Telangana will suffer heavy losses if irrigation projects are handed over to the KRMB. The state would have to take permission from the KRMB if it wants to whitewash the walls of irrigation projects, he said.

Speaking to the media after meeting BRS leaders from Mahbubnagar, Nalgonda and Khammam at the Telangana Bhavan on Tuesday, KCR said that Telangana will have to ‘beg’ the Centre if Telangana’s irrigation projects are handed over to the Centre.
“The BRS government did not agree to hand over irrigation projects to the Centre, however, Revanth Reddy is behaving childishly regarding irrigation projects. He does not know how to rule the state. Now they have agreed to hand over irrigation projects without understanding its consequences. BRS leaders will have to explain to the people the consequences of handing over irrigation projects to the Centre. The BRS is asking the Congress government not to hand over irrigation projects to the Centre. The Congress government has no intelligence,” he said.
The former CM said that the BRS is condemning the state government’s decision to hand over Krishna River projects to the KRMB as that would harm farmers. He made it clear that he would fight to protect Telangana’s rights over Krishna waters.
KCR said that it is the responsibility of Telangana activists to launch another people’s movement to protect the state’s rights.
The BRS chief said that the government’s ill-advised attitude has become an axe hanging above the heads of the farmers of South Telangana living in the Krishna basin.
He strongly condemned the decision of the Congress government which would harm the farmers of Telangana.
KCR declared that the BRS would expose the ‘dangerous’ policies of the TS government.
