Revenue meets soon to address plaints  on record tampering

Transport Minister Mandipalli Ramprasad Reddy has announced that revenue conferences will be organised across the state starting from 1st September. The minister stated that officials will address complaints from victims at the village level regarding online tampering and manipulation of records within the revenue department. He emphasised that people have faced numerous issues related to revenue over the past five years. Village-level officials and the district collector will participate in these revenue conferences.
The minister held a public darbar at the TDP central office, where he received requests from attendees. He assured that every issue raised would be brought to the notice of the local authorities and resolved. On this occasion, the minister extended financial support to disabled individuals. B Rupashree, a disabled woman from Vijayawada, who secured an 82,391 rank in the ICET exam for pursuing an MBA at Siddhartha College, Vijayawada, was one such beneficiary. Her father, a driver, was unable to afford her fees, prompting the minister to extend financial support of Rs 20,000.
The issue of agricultural land belonging to Gudimetla Kotaiah of Thurpu Vipparru Village, Iragavaram Mandal, West Godavari District, which had been blocked by the Endowments Department, was also brought to the minister’s attention. Responding swiftly, the Transport Minister contacted the Endowments Commissioner and instructed immediate action to resolve the matter.
C Rajeshwari of BK Palli Village, Madanapalli Mandal, informed the minister that a local YSRCP leader had allegedly grabbed her 3.47 acres of land using fake documents, and she requested assistance in reclaiming her land. The concerned revenue officials were advised to address the issue and ensure justice for the victims.
