Jana Sena Party leader K Pawan Kalyan has made a fervent appeal to the public, urging them to abandon caste-based prejudices and refrain from holding an entire community responsible for the actions of a few individuals. He said that upholding law and order and fostering infrastructural growth were his foremost priorities.
Speaking at a massive public gathering in Malikipuram on Sunday, Pawan Kalyan underscored Jana Sena’s commitment to maintaining law and order, as well as its focus on developing infrastructure, education, employment opportunities, and healthcare.
Encouraging citizens to shed caste-based biases, Kalyan urged them to embrace a sense of unity and equality. He stressed the importance of eradicating caste divisions from society.
The Jana Sena chief pledged to transform both Godavari districts and the Konaseema region into flourishing tourist hubs, with a special focus on promoting spiritual tourism. He also promised to construct a bridge connecting Sakhinetipalli, should his party be elected to power. Furthermore, he expressed his determination to put an end to the illegal sand mining activities orchestrated by the ruling party leaders.
Highlighting a recent incident involving an MLC from the YSRCP, who murdered his car driver, Pawan Kalyan condemned the tendency to associate the entire Kapu community with the crime simply because the accused MLC hailed from that caste.
The victim, a Dalit, had tragically lost his life. Kalyan cautioned against attributing the actions of an individual to an entire caste.
He also accused MLA Dwarampudi Chandrasekhar Reddy, belonging to the Reddy community, of being connected to various crimes.
Revealing his interactions with the Prime Minister, Pawan Kalyan shared that he had the opportunity to meet with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Visakhapatnam. He considered addressing the state’s issues directly, without seeking external assistance, but pledged to escalate matters if required.
Pawan Kalyan disclosed that during meetings with national leaders, he was questioned about any challenges he may be facing. It was brought to his attention that the state government was allegedly creating obstacles for his movie.
Expressing disappointment with the government’s negligence, Pawan Kalyan criticised the Chief Minister for announcing financial aid while neglecting the deplorable condition of the roads. He questioned the purpose of such announcements if the government failed to repair the dilapidated infrastructure.
Refusing to engage in divisive vote bank politics, Pawan Kalyan expressed his determination to unite all sections of society, transcending caste barriers. He lamented that a political party had come to power due to a split in votes, despite opposition from 70% of the electorate.
