YSRCP MLA Alla Kalikrishna Srinivas Nani has said that Rs 27.80 crore was extended to 3,619 Self Help Groups women under the fourth tranche of ‘YSR Aasara’ in the district.
A programme was organised in the ASR stadium here on Saturday and the MLA released a replica of the cheque on the occasion.
Addressing the women, the MLA and former deputy Chief Minister said that Rs 110.70 crore had been disbursed during the last four years to the SHG women under the Aasara scheme.
He alleged that Chandrababu Naidu made a hollow promise to the women to waive the DWCRA loans, adding that Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy is fulfilling all the assurances that he has made. The MLA claimed that he had developed the Eluru constituency.
