Vijay Deverakonda is going all out with promotions for his upcoming film Kingdom. After attending an event in Tirupati recently with the film’s team, he was in Hyderabad on Monday, engaging with fans and media. The film is set to hit theatres on July 31. Directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri, the movie stars Bhagyashri Borse as the female lead.
“In just two days, we’ll meet you in theatres,” said Vijay during the event. “There’s a little nervousness in my heart, but at the same time, I feel satisfied that we’ve made a good film.”
Expressing his deep gratitude toward fans, he shared, “You all are God’s gift to me. Whether my films are hits or flops, you’ve always shown me the same love and faith.” He revealed that he recently met nearly 2,000 fans, most of whom told him, ‘Anna, this time we’re hitting big!’
Talking about the effort behind the project, Vijay said, “This isn’t Vijay Deverakonda’s Kingdom, it’s Gowtam Tinnanuri’s Kingdom. Gowtam has worked tirelessly to craft a perfect film.”

He also praised his co-star Bhagyashri Borse for her dedication. “She has worked really hard for this film. She will go to great heights in the coming days,” he predicted.
Satya Dev and Venkatesh play pivotal roles in the film, with Satya Dev portraying Vijay’s elder brother. “Both are amazing actors. The elder brother’s role is very crucial, and the movie would only work if the right actor played it. After many discussions, Gowtam chose Satya Dev—and during the shoot, he genuinely felt like my brother,” said Vijay. “Satya Dev is not just a phenomenal actor but also a great human being.”
