Actor Satyadev is playing an important role in Vijay Deverakonda-starrer Kingdom. This was revealed in the song Anna Antene, released by the makers. In this song, Vijay and Satyadev appeared as brothers and the song is also related to their bond. Though the makers did not reveal anything about the film other than Vijay and Bhagyashri Borse, the lead pair, now with this song, another actor — Satyadev — has been revealed.
On the other hand, Satyadev, who transitioned from a character actor to a lead actor, has been looking for a good hit over the past few years. When he played character roles, his films became hits, but once he turned lead actor, many of his films bombed at the box office. His last film was Zebra, which was released last year, but it didn’t do well. Before that, Krishnamma was also released, but that film too didn’t pay off commercially for Satyadev.
Now, he is playing an important role in Kingdom, marking his return to character roles. One hopes that this film brings him success along with Vijay Deverakonda. Gowtam Tinnanuri is the director, while Sithara Entertainment is producing it. The film is slated for a July 31 release.
