Sci-fi thriller Darshini, starring Vikas and Shanti in the lead roles, is set to grace the silver screen on May 17, 2024. Directed by Dr. Pradeep Allu and produced by V4 Cini Creations, the film recently received a clean U/A certificate from the Censor Board, ensuring its appeal to family audiences.
In a media interaction, producer Dr. L. V. Suryam expressed gratitude for the positive response from the Censor Board and extended thanks to producer Damodar Prasad for his support. He commended director Dr. Pradeep Allu for his dedication to the project, emphasising his talent and commitment.
Sharing insights into the storyline, Suryam revealed that Darshini revolves around three friends who stumble upon a device capable of showing the future, leading to unforeseen consequences. He assured audiences of an engaging cinematic experience blending comedy, emotion, and love in equal measure.
Director Dr. Pradeep Allu echoed Suryam’s sentiments, acknowledging the support of Damodar Prasad and emphasising the collaborative effort behind the film’s success. He expressed confidence in the movie’s appeal to audiences and announced its release in both Telugu states on May 17.
