TPCC President Revanth Reddy changed his tune and said that there are no differences in the Congress.
He also made it clear that there were no agents of other parties in the Congress and reiterated that he is ready to go down 10 steps for the sake of the party and the people.
Addressing the TPCC Executive Committee meeting held at Prakasam Hall on the premises of the Gandhi Bhavan on Monday, Revanth said the party will come to power in Telangana if it works like the Karnataka Congress.
He asked leaders to take forward the Youth Declaration as it is the action plan of the future. He asked leaders to enrol 25 lakh people in 100 constituencies for the Rajiv Gandhi online quiz.
Earlier, addressing the media at Gandhi Bhavan, he lashed out at the KCR government saying that there is a huge scandal behind the cancellation of GO: 111. He said that a special system needs to be set up to calculate the value of this scam.
Revanth said that due to KCR’s decision to cancel GO: 111, Hyderabad will drown in floods and thousands of people will die. The abolition of GO: 111 is like a nuclear explosion and Hyderabad will become another Hiroshima or Nagasaki, he added.
KCR is trying to project GO: 111 as a minor matter of supplying drinking water supply to the twin cities. He said that KCR had set up a mafia system and dropped bombs on the twin cities for the sake of money.
He said that KCR cancelled GO: 111 for his proxies and demanded that all land transactions that took place after KCR came to power should be made public.
Revanth said that KCR who claimed that he had laid pipelines without spending a rupee in the past has now opened a new drama for commissions with pipe companies.
He said that with the cancellation of GO 111, Hyderabad is facing acute danger and that there is a conspiracy behind the cancellation of GO: 111.
BRS leaders like KTR, Kavitha, Harish Rao, Damodar Rao and Ranjith Reddy have farmhouses in the GO: 111 project area. After 2019, BRS leaders bought land here on a large scale. As a result, 80 per cent of the land in that area is now in the hands of KCR’s relatives and proxies.
He said that KCR cancelled GO: 111 after this. Behind the cancellation of GO: 111 lies a scam worth billions. Dacoits can be forgiven, but KCR and KTR cannot be forgiven, he said.
Revanth said that KCR has no political values and asked the government to give the Congress 5100 sq.yards of land near the Gandhi Bhavan (Bhimrao Wada).
“It is cruel to allocate 11 acres to your party without giving the land due to our party. The money that we paid for the land is still with the government. I will soon meet the CS with a request for an alternative site for our party office. The Congress has no objection if Bhimrao’s land is distributed to the poor,” he said.
