TTD Additional Executive Officer Ch. Venkaiah Chowdhary urged all employees of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) to recognise the presence of Sri Venkateswara Swamy in the visiting pilgrims and to serve them with utmost dedication. Speaking to the Temple and Reception wing employees during the Brahmotsavam Orientation programme at the Asthana Mandapam in Tirumala on Tuesday, he highlighted that the temple is a world-famous Hindu shrine visited by millions of devotees from across the globe each year.
Chowdhary emphasised that employees must exercise patience while dealing with pilgrims from diverse regions, languages, moods, and cultures, as this is crucial for creating a positive impression.
He encouraged employees to develop soft communication skills, maintain smooth body language, and gain knowledge about various TTD activities to provide better information to the pilgrims. These qualities are vital for enhancing the institution’s reputation among visitors, he asserted.
Additionally, he asked employees to prepare for the upcoming annual Brahmotsavams scheduled for next month. The Additional EO also invited feedback from employees to improve operational mechanisms. He stressed the importance of teamwork across all departments for the successful execution of the Brahmotsavams.
Deputy Executive Officers Lokanatham, Bhaskar, Harindranath, Asha Jyothi, Chief PRO Dr. T. Ravi, and other staff members were also present.
