YSRTP President YS Sharmila is continuing her fast-unto-death at her residence in Lotus Pond, Hyderabad. It seems that her health is deteriorating. On Saturday evening, YS Vivekananda Reddy’s daughter Dr Sunitha and Dr Praveen conducted a medical examination of Sharmila. They said her BP has fallen. They suggested that Sharmila should be taken to hospital immediately.
Sharmila is on fast-unto-death since two days. She started her fast Friday afternoon demanding permission for her Praja Prasthanam padayatra. But the police are not allowing her party workers inside her residence. Barricades were placed on three sides to prevent party leaders and activists from coming. But Sharmila decided to continue her fast until the government gives permission for her Praja Prasthanam Padayatra.
