YSRTP President YS Sharmila praised former AICC President Rahul Gandhi once again through Twitter.

After congratulating Rahul for re-entering Parliament, Sharmila said Rahul’s unwavering grit continues to rekindle hopes among millions of people across the nation.

“Warm congrats to Sree@RahulGandhi ji on being reinstated as an MP. While your unwavering grit continues to rekindle hopes among millions of people across the nation, justice took its course and delivered a verdict that gladdened many hearts.

I am now sure your participation in the Parliamentary process will once again go a long way in voicing the concerns of the people. In this regard, I appeal to all leaders to join hands to uphold democracy in our country.

I also extend my moral support to the No Confidence motion placed in Parliament. This is a crucial step in the fight to salvage the democratic and secular fabric of the nation,” she tweeted.

Meanwhile, rumours spread on social media that Sharmila is going to merge her YSRTP with the Congress within four days. Social media posts kept saying that Sharmila is now in Bengaluru and she will go to Delhi within two days. Sharmila will make a statement on her party’s merger with the Congress after discussing it with Rahul and Sonia.
