Sharmila says she will become Union Minister, if voted to power

APCC President YS Sharmila has claimed that she will become the Union Minister, if she is elected to Lok Sabha and the Congress led INDI bloc is voted to power at the Centre.
Addressing an election meeting in Badvel on Wednesday, she said that if the INDI Alliance is voted to power at the Centre and she is elected to Lok Sabha from Kadapa, she would be inducted into the Union Cabinet and she would strive to get Special Category Status to AP.
Questioning how YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will be the heir of YS Rajasekhar Reddy, Sharmila slammed that Jagan Reddy did not fulfill the aspirations of Rajasekhar Reddy.
“YSR made the farming as festive now his son YS Jagan Reddy has put the farming in the lurch. Most of the farmers have become debt-ridden in the state because of Jagan Reddy’s policies,” she flayed.
Jagan Reddy deceived farmers by making false assurance of establishing a price stabilization fund. Jagan Reddy also assured of filling  2.35 lakh vacant posts but has not done so, she alleged.
Addressing another election meeting in Porumamilla, she has claimed that there was a Rs 40 crore deal in the murder YS Vivekananda Reddy. “We believed YS Avinash Reddy’s conspiracy in Viveka’s murder, only after the CBI showed the evidence,” she said, alleging that a curfew-like situation was created to prevent the arrest of Avinash Reddy in Viveka’s murder case. She vehemently objected to giving ticket to Viveka murder case accused YS Avinash Reddy.
 YS Rajasekhar Reddy and his brother YS Vivekananda Reddy were elected to Lok Sabha from Kadapa and now YSR daughter is contesting, she said and wooed the voters to elect her.
Addressing an election meeting in Jammalamadugu, she said that Jagan Reddy and Chandrababu Naidu are two eyes of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Jagan Reddy and Naidu compromised with the state interests and they have never demanded for SCS, she lashed out.
