SIMULTANEOUS ABSENCE OF CM & CS: A RARE SPECTACLE

You’d be hard-pressed to find another instance where both the Chief Minister and the Chief Secretary simultaneously went on a foreign tour. It’s practically a rule that when one is off for the cause of the State, the other stays back to keep the fort secure. But this time, with Revanth Reddy and his entourage, including the Chief Secretary, off to the US, the administrative ship was left without its usual captains.
