The Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited (TGSPDCL) has announced a complete change in its official mobile phone numbers used by power department staff and fuse call offices across its jurisdiction. The move comes after persistent network issues like poor signal quality and frequent call drops, which officials say were affecting operational efficiency.
The TGSPDCL has changed over to a new mobile service provider to solve these problems. As part of this change, all official mobile numbers now begin with the 87124 series. The newly allocated mobile phone numbers for Zonal Chief Engineers and Circle Heads have already been released, and updated contact information for fuse call offices will be given separately.
The company requested consumers to take note of the new phone numbers and use them for any electricity-related queries or fuse complaints.
