Special Assembly  tomorrow to honour Manmohan Singh

The Telangana Assembly will hold a special one-day session on Monday, that is, on December 30, to pay tributes to former Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh, who died on December 26. The Assembly will be convened at 10 am as part of the week-long mourning for Dr Manmohan Singh.
On Saturday, the Assembly Secretary released a letter regarding this stating that the Speaker had convened the second meeting of the fourth session of the third Telangana Legislative Assembly at 10 am on Monday at the Assembly Hall, exercising powers vested in him under the second proviso of Rule 16 which rules over the procedure and conduct of business in the Assembly. The Speaker also requested members to attend the Assembly without fail.
