The BRS Parliamentary Party delegation, led by Parliamentary Party Leader KR Suresh Reddy, Deputy Leader Vaddiraju Ravichandra, Whip D. Damodar Rao and Rajya Sabha Member Bandi Parthasarathi Reddy, met Union Civil Aviation Minister Kinjarapu Ram Mohan Naidu on Tuesday and demanded the speedy execution of airport projects in Telangana.
The MPs emphasized the urgent need to commence and fast-track the Mamnoor (Warangal) Airport project. They pointed out that this airport, built during the Nizam era, had earlier catered to regular flights and could once again serve the needs of passengers from Warangal and surrounding districts if restored.
