Actress Sreeleela, a rising sensation in Telugu cinema, is now stepping into Bollywood with her debut opposite Kartik Aaryan. She attended the World Audio Visual and Entertainment Summit (WAVES) 2025, where she shared her appreciation for Prime Minister Modi’s speech. Calling it “absolutely wonderful,” Sreeleela said the speech brought together people from nearly 75 countries in the same creative field, making the event truly global.
She described the speech as inspiring, well-expressed and perfectly timed for the current atmosphere. When asked about the ‘wave,’ she initially appeared confused but quickly responded with enthusiasm, calling it brilliant and impactful.
Sreeleela noted that the wave carried strong positive energy that resonated with the speech’s tone. She appreciated how everything—from the message to the delivery and public response—came together beautifully.
“It was a memorable and uplifting moment that left me with a sense of hope and positivity. I’m really happy I got to witness it,” she said.
The event also saw participation from major stars including Shah Rukh Khan, Mohanlal, Akshay Kumar, Chiranjeevi and Deepika Padukone, adding to its grandeur.
