Sridhar Babu welcomes GCC to Hyd

In a significant boost to Telangana’s investment and innovation ecosystem, Industries Minister Sridhar Babu has announced that Germany’s Multivac Group, a global leader in packaging solutions, will establish its first Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Hyderabad.
This milestone was confirmed during a meeting with Mr Umashakar, Multivac’s representative, at the Invest Telangana Roundtable held at Zurich Innovation Park.  The new GCC will focus on digital transformation and is seen as a testament to Hyderabad’s growing reputation as a hub for technology and innovation.
“Delighted to welcome Multivac Group to Hyderabad. Their first India GCC underscores Telangana’s global appeal as an investment destination,” Sridhar Babu stated.
He also highlighted his discussions with Nick Mayencourt from Dream Lab Technologies during the roundtable in Zurich. The talks centred on exploring synergies in innovation and technology, which are expected to contribute to Telangana’s growth trajectory.
“Telangana’s investment outreach continues to forge global connections. Meetings like these underline our commitment to making the state a global innovation hub,” Sridhar remarked.
These developments add to Telangana’s growing list of international partnerships, reaffirming the state’s position as a leader in driving innovation and attracting global investments.
