Stalker stabs 18-yr-old girl

An 18-year-old girl, Akhila, was stabbed by a stalker at her home in Shivaram village, Garividi mandal, on Saturday morning.
Akhila, who was working inside her residence, was attacked and stabbed in the abdomen. She was initially taken to the Government General Hospital (GGH) in Chipurupalli. Due to the severity of her injuries, she was subsequently transferred to Tirumala Medicover Hospital in Vizianagaram, where she remains unconscious.
Superintendent of Police (SP) Vakul Jindal visited Akhila at the hospital and consulted with Dr. K. Tirumala Prasad regarding her condition.  He also spoke with the girl’s parents, assuring them of full support and promising a swift investigation and trial.
SP Jindal stated that five special teams have been formed to apprehend the accused. Sniffer dogs and clue teams are being utilized to gather evidence. Three youths have been taken into custody in connection with the attack.
