State govt not focusing on developmental activities: MLA

Malkajigiri MLA Marri Rajasekhar Shekhar Reddy, visited East Anand Bagh, Vinayak Nagar and Moulali divisions under the juridiction of the constituency on Sunday. Rajasekhar Shekhar Reddy assured the people of Shankaraiah Colony, Simhadri Nagar NMDC Colony, Sivananda Nagar and other colonies who were worried about the HYDRAA authorities’ merciless attitude and people are terrified that it would demolish their houses.
Speaking to the media, he said, “It does not make sense to demolish houses in the name of HYDRAA when they had built the houses before 30 years and paying all kinds of taxes for municipal permissions and registrations.” He assured that he will stand on the side of the people and fight to any extent. He said that this problem is not the problem of any individual but of the entire people of Malkajigiri. Congress government is doing unnecessary programmes by leaving development activities, he added.
