The TPCC official spokesperson Bandi Sudhakar Goud has condemned the remarks of former minister and BRS working president KTR who alleged irregularities in finalising AMRUT tenders. He made baseless allegations against Chief Minister Revanth Reddy.
Sudhakar Goud on Sunday accused the BRS working president of indulging in histrionics. The BRS has the dubious distinction of benefiting the brothers-in-law and relatives.
KCR and KTR should be blamed for this. Further, he maintained that how KCR and KTR benefited their relatives was known to all, he added.
The people had rejected the BRS for ensuring benefits to the relatives at the cost of the people, he said, adding that the people did not give the BRS at least one MP seat in the Lok Sabha.
As the BRS future was bleak in Telangana, KTR was shooting his mouth off to mislead the people, he said.
The Congress regime has been solving problems of all sections of society through its Praja Palana and became dear to the people, he said.
Unable to see the popularity of Revanth Reddy among the people, KTR has been issuing cheap statements, he alleged.
As a gift to former MLA of Palair Kandala Upender Reddy, who joined the BRS, he was awarded the contract to execute Palamuru-Rangareddy LI Scheme, he said.
He urged the Chief Minister to order a comprehensive inquiry into irregularities perpetrated during the regime of KTR as municipal administration minister.
