Supporting academic success!

Must read

On August 28, 2024, Edvoy, a leading student recruitment platform, introduced two major innovations aimed at enhancing the study-abroad experience. The launch featured Edvoy Genie, a new AI-driven search tool designed to streamline the process of finding and applying to international academic programs. Alongside Genie, Edvoy unveiled Edvoy Extra, a comprehensive suite of support services that addresses various aspects of the study-abroad journey.

Edvoy Genie is designed to simplify the search for suitable academic courses by leveraging advanced artificial intelligence. The tool uses a sophisticated algorithm to analyse over 1,000 courses and more than 200 data points, including students’ academic histories, course details and visa requirements. Genie provides a predictive score indicating the likelihood of a successful application, thereby helping students make more informed decisions and saving time that is often spent on research.

In addition to Genie, Edvoy launched Edvoy Extra, a suite of services aimed at supporting students through different stages of their study-abroad journey. Edvoy Stay is a key feature within Edvoy Extra, offering access to a global database of over 1 million accommodation options across 700 cities. This service helps students find suitable living arrangements based on their budget and preferences.

Another important service is Edvoy Funds, which facilitates expedited online loan applications for educational funding up to £100,000. Initially available in India and Bangladesh, this service will soon be expanded globally.

Edvoy Pay is also part of the Edvoy Extra suite, simplifying the management of payments related to application fees, deposits and other expenses. Additionally, Edvoy Visa offers dedicated support to help students navigate the complex visa application process, ensuring they meet the requirements for their chosen study destinations.

These new features are integrated into the Edvoy app for students and the Edvoy Edge platform for recruitment partners. The integration aims to streamline the study-abroad process and provide comprehensive support at every step.

Sadiq Basha, Founder and CEO of Edvoy, emphasised the company’s commitment to improving the study-abroad experience. “With Genie and Extra, we are focused on making it easier for students to find the right course and manage their study-abroad plans effectively. We are excited to offer these tools to help students achieve their academic goals.”

Edvoy, headquartered in Manchester, UK, continues to bridge the gap between students and quality education. With a network of over 4,000 recruitment partners and 14 international offices, Edvoy supports students from South Asia, Africa and MENA, making global education more accessible and streamlined
