T-Hub incubated Quadric IT offers AI-powered solutions

Empowering organisations with AI-driven business intelligence solutions, T-Hub-incubated Quadric IT offers four products: Tendroix, Clofast, ReNoteAI, and LMS Solutions for enterprise operations. Founders Raghuram Thatavarthy and Kesari Sai Sabnibeesu highlighted that Quadric IT has deep expertise across various sectors, aiming to meet the unique challenges of each industry by providing efficient, reliable and scalable solutions that drive transformation. Raghuram said that Quadric IT is based on the 7th floor of T-Hub.
When asked, Raghuram explained that one key application is ReNoteAI, a smart, reusable notebook with an AI-powered app designed to enhance productivity sustainably. He noted that it captures handwritten notes, converts them into digital format, and integrates seamlessly with third-party apps. It scans text and uses digital convenience to simplify life. It is available on Google Play Store and iOS.
He mentioned its features as non-tearable, waterproof pages made from FSC-certified recycled paper. Each sheet is reusable up to 100 times. Smart templates include To-Do lists, meeting schedules, and minutes of meetings.
Raghuram also introduced AI-based LMS Solutions, a learning management system integrating automation, personalization, and real-time analytics. He noted that by supporting web and mobile platforms, it is currently used in AstraZeneca for training. Raghuram stated that it can create the learning content as well as consume the content. Features include AI-driven course recommendations, interactive content support, automated notifications, and real-time tracking.
Meanwhile, Kesari Sai described the Integrated Business Planning Calendar, a web-based tool for event planning and collaboration with real-time synchronization, role-based access, and governance controls.
He also introduced Clofast, an AI-powered platform for financial, supply chain, contract, and compliance automation, ensuring accuracy and eliminating manual reconciliation. He noted that the platform leverages Al/ML technologies for decision-making and has context menu.
Lastly, he presented Tendroix, an AI-powered tender management platform optimizing bid management, vendor selection, contract evaluation, and compliance processes through automation and AI/ML technologies. He noted that Tendorix also has real-time status tracking for complete visibility on the tender and orders.
