Home Minister Taneti Vanita has lauded the services of nurses in the health and medical sectors.
The Home Minister participated in a capping day programme organised at the Kondaveeti School of Nursing at Gopalapuram on Tuesday. Speaking on the occasion she said that nurses play a vital role in the health and medical sector.
Speaking on the occasion, the Home Minister exhorted those who completed nurse training to serve all irrespective of rich or poor. The nurses should service patients without seeking their caste, creed, religion and financial status, she told them.
She extolled the Kondaveeti educational institutions providing brilliant professionals to the society, stating that she feels proud for being chairperson for the institution. The Home Minister administered a pledge with 39 nursing students.
Correspondent K Asirvadam, Government degree college principal Dr.J Sunita and government hospital doctor Maris were among those who were present.
